Ann Donnelly, 88, of Manchester died July, 22, 2012 at the Hospice House in Concord.
She was born on January 11, 1924 in Manchester, NH, the daughter of the late Charles P. and Mary Agnes (Lynch) Flanagin. She graduated from St. Joseph High School in 1942 after attending the McDonald School at St. Ann's.
She was a homemaker for the Kit Clark Senior House in Dorchester and she was a member of the 60 Plus Club and the Holy Name Society. Ann loved making cakes and was an avid cake decorator. She also enjoyed sewing and reading.
Ann was predeceased by her husband William F. Donnelly, Esq., her son, Brendan Donnelly and her sister, Mary Anctil.
Surviving family members include 5 daughters, Margaret Donnelly of Raymond, Ruth Ann Steffen of Manchester, Bernadette Donnelly of Debary, FL, Kathleen Story of Manchester and Madeleine Halsey of Manchester, 10 great-grandchildren, and 14 grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 10:00AM at St. Anthony Church, 172 Belmont St, Manchester. A time of gathering at the church will be held from 9:00 to 10:00AM. Interment will be at the NH State Veterans Cemetery, 110 DW Highway, Boscawen at 12PM.
