Clinton was born on February 28, 1920 and passed away on Sunday, August 11, 2019.

Clinton was a resident of Portsmouth, New Hampshire at the time of passing.

He was a graduate of Capital Hill High School, OK and attended UCLA of OK.

Burial will follow in the NH Veterans Cemetery, Boscawen.
