Azaria was born on September 5, 1995 and passed away on Sunday, May 6, 2018.

Azaria was a resident of Rochester, New Hampshire at the time of passing.

She attended college at the University of Vermont, where she was honored to be a part of the sorority known as the Theta.

Memorial calling hours will be held Monday May 14, 2018 from 2:00 to 4:30 PM at R.M. Edgerly & Son Funeral Home located at 86 S Main St, Rochester, NH 03867. Burial will follow on Tuesday May 15th at 10:30 AM at St. James Cemetery on Primrose Street in Haverhill Massachusetts.

In lieu of Flowers please donate to the Azaria Gaudreau Memorial Fund at Attn: Trustees 365 Main Street Farmington, NH 03835 to help Farmington High School seniors attend college to study Early Childhood Special Education.
