For the family, I am so sorry for your lose. He was one of my best friends thru high school. Always laughing and joking. The 60's were some of our best times ever. I do remember the family and how quickly the time has come and gone. We find peace that someday we will meet again. Gone for now but not forgotten. Love, Art.

Sending thoughts to the family of a man I only met once, but I feel I knew very well through the fine character of his son, Steve. Apples don't fall far from the trees, as they say, and Fran passed along some very admirable virtues to my good friend Steve. Peace to you all.

Fran, It was a pleasure on the tour you took my husband and I down in your work shop the day we dropped by to visit. My grandson will always cherish the train you made him. You and Aline were a match made in heaven. Rest In Peace Fran!

We loved Fran! He was such a great guy and was always so happy. He did some excellent work at our condominium and the outbuildings he built are still standing. We were so happy when he met Aline and they fell in love and married. I always thought of him because he always brought a smile to my face. May you Rest In Peace Fran!

It is so hard to believe that this bright light has gone out here on earth. No doubt the stars will be so much brighter now. Fran can only be remembered as a smiling icon with a devilish glean in his eyes. So fortunate to have known him since we were in high school! He was as caring and giving then as he was to his last day. Our deepest sympathy to Aline, Steve, Tina, Evie, Joannie, Jerry and all of the family. He will leave a huge void. Fran, thank you for building my dads (now mine) awesome garage, and deck. I'll always remember how you would come over to spend the day working on it, but would begin by spoiling and loving on Jasmine, my Springer, for 5 mins first. You told me--"She will bark and be crazy all day"...but "if I give her a little attention right off the bat, she just settles down and watches me as I work".

Thank you for teaching me how to live, laugh, and love, and how being a good person is the most important thing in life. Love you, Dad, always...

Everyone has a Father.
Some people are lucky enough to have a 'Dad'.
I am one of the very, very blessed people who had a 'Bud'.
Our daily greeting, since my teens, has been "Hey Bud!"
I am going to miss my Bud.
To the man who taught me everything...thank you.

Fran was one of the most up-beat guys around. His woodworking skills were astounding. I have many creations of his and cherish them.
This is indeed a sad time for Aline, Fran's family and all his friends.
I'm blessed to have known him.
Love, Lynn Ronalter
