Dear Belanger Family - What a wonderful lady Marie was always smiling & pleasant to talk to.
Pinardville was the better for having her as a resident for so long.
My daughter Paula Paradis Poirier enjoyed working with her at Shaw's - I'm sure they shared many laughs.

Mrs. Belanger was a very kind and thoughtful woman. She was a wonderful neighbor, having watched our children grow up and always inquiring about their well-being. She will be dearly missed.

Aunt Marie, you will be missed. Every summer growing up I got to hear your infectious laugh. It was so fun to hear you enjoying yourself so much. I often found myself laughing with you even though I didn't know what you were laughing at. It is such a fond memory that it still brings a smile to my face when I think about you. Rest in peace ma tante.

Mrs. Belanger was the quintessential neighborhood mom. One would always be welcome at her house where one found joy and laughter (and rhubarb!) On behalf of my sisters Christine, Cathy, Corinne, and Carla-the Sorenson girls- I'd like to offer our condolences to all the wonderful Belanger family we grew up with in Pinardville. May she rest in peace with her dear husband and may you all find peace in the good life she lived.
Love, Carolyn

Marie lived in our neighborhood. My husband Dick worked with her at Bi-Wise in Pinardville in the 70's. Marie was a lovely lady, always had a joyful smile and words of wisdom. I remember a big smile face sign on her front awn. In the past few weeks her daughter Paula has been coming to the YMCA and we hare re-connected. So sorry to hear about your mother's passing.
