Condolence & Memory Journal

What an amazing meaningful uplifting healing service. Jim had a big impact on my husband at work. Such a good heart.
Jim's gift both big and small keep on giving. Jim recently did some cleaning and gave us a speaker for our car so we can drive hands free. It has made us so much safer and is so convenient. Thanks so much Jim and family!

I will think of the good times we had together at work. You always help me when I needed it and would always be ready to join in on any plan for fun. I will remember playing guitar with you, drinking Margaritas and telling jokes. You are and will be missed. Rest in piece my friend. Hope we meet again.

Many years ago Jim and I were the best of friends in first grade. Yeah we got in our fair share of trouble with Mrs. Holland. Then we went our separate ways before reconnecting when he joined Philips several years ago.
As great as Jim was at his job, he was a greater human - so easy to talk with and always willing to offer help or humor at a moment's notice.

I consider it a blessing to have been able to call him a friend. Luck is the residue of skill.

I am very sorry for Jim's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with entire Diggins Family for this irreplaceable loss. Jim was a great person. He was always smiling, trustworthy, very kind and had always positive attitude. It was my privilege to know Jim and work with him for last 3+ years at Philips. Jim will be missed. Rest in Peace, Jim. We have lost this wonderful man too soon. When we started at Philips back in 2010, Jim was the most welcoming co-worker, walking us around making introductions, giving us tips on basic survival (pay close attention to the pictures on the restrooms, they're reversed on some hallways). We of course quickly grew to respect him for his expertise and commitment to quality, and depend on him for so much. But most of all, it didn't take long to become friends. We will miss him.

I am so very sorry and saddened to hear of Jim's passing. I spoke with him on the phone a few weeks ago and he seemed so positive. I had the pleasure of working with him at AOL where I first met him and later at Sitara Networks. He was an amazing man and co-worker and will be sadly missed. We would meet for lunch once in awhile and he always spoke of his loving family and always had funny stories to share. My prayers and thoughts are with all of you at this very difficult time. Jim was bigger than life, and his heart was pure. I truly believe that he is with us all still, providing quiet strength to Nancy, Amanda, Shawn and the rest of his family and friends. He was like a 2nd father to my son who adored him too. I hope and pray that we meet again one day, he was one of a kind and will be missed by everyone lucky enough to have known him... peace. <3 the astle family>

I am sorry for your loss, and offer my condolences. I was privileged to have worked with Jim at Philips for only a few very short years. I found him to be helpful, dedicated and very patient. He helped me navigate some rather tough tasks with humor and empathy. Our conversations in the hallways were always entertaining, often amusing and full of interesting insights. I will really miss him.
