Condolence & Memory Journal

I have wonderful childhood memories of dinners with Uncle Bus and Aunt Ginny: roast beef, slide shows of recent trips, and that pipe smoke! No one else could float like Uncle Bus at Lake Winnipesaukee!

I first met Guy five years ago when he walked into the dining room at the Villa Crest Manor with his veteran's cap on. I was playing the piano during the dinner hours.

We never had a conversation, but his "stoic" affect reminded me so much of my own father's shyness and hidden strengths and who was also a veteran of the D-Day Normandy invasion.

Guy seemed to applaud old country tunes the most. I'll always picture him walking in as he so frequently did when I was playing, and I will miss his presence there. But I am most thankful that Guy is now with his beloved Virginia once again, happy and "Together Again" for all time.
