Carolyn, Don, Joedy and Pam,
I only knew Kevin as Joedy and Pam's little brother but it is easy to see what a remarkable man he was and how many people he has inspired. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire Eblen family during this very difficult time. May God bless you.

I started teaching high school agriculture in 1983 in the South Central District in which Creston was a part of. When I first met Kevin I was amazed. Amazed at his maturity level, his sincerity, his ability to converse with any one in the room about FFA or agriculture and make them feel important and included in the conversation. As he grew into his role of FFA leader, you could just see the confidence this young man had and you

What could we write about our good friend Kevin? It is very simple:
He was a great friend, an inspiration as a father, one part of the nicest couple we ever met, a beliver in god, a generous donator, always looking for the others, a proud man of his 4 wonderful kids, an english teacher for our little son Ference, my personal barbeque advisor, the guy with a pumpking hat that make my wife laughing after a horrible visit of a

Sweet children, Jacquie, Don and Carolyn and Eblen family -- we are so sorry for your loss and send our deepest sympathy. Growing up with Kevin through high school, we all knew he was special -- little did we know the difference he would make in this world. I will always cherish the memories of "my lil brother." He was an incredible person. God now has an amazing angel, and he is at peace in His arms. Our thoughts and Prayers to you all. Bryan and Sheila Gonseth

Kevin is warmly remembered in Beijing as a friend and leader of the ag community. He was the go-to person on agriculture in the American Chamber of Commerce in China, who could be counted on for clear, thoughtful advice and was always willing to give his time. We'll miss his friendship and join his family in their loss.

My family's prayers and thoughts are with you all at this difficult time. So sorry to hear about your loss. I remember all the good times we had in college with you and Kevin. I will pray for strength and peace in the days that come. If your Sigma Kappa sisters can do anything or my family - please just ask. You are in my prayers.

Don Carolyn and Family,
I will never forget how kind Carolyn and Joedy were to me upon the passing of my Mother. I would have never guessed death would be touching your lives so soon after. Vivian and I were talking last week about the race days and the truck and tractor pull days. Vivian asked me if I remembered the little blond haired Eblen boy, you know, Don and Carolyn's boy. To which I responded.."You mean Kevin"? I sure do,

Our deepest sympathy to the family and may God Bless you in the days to come. Our thoughts and prayers will be sent your way in this time of sorrow. I had the pleasure of working with Kevin while he was working his way through the ranks of the FFA.
To this day, I still play a video in our Ag I class of Kevin presiding over one of the National FFA sessions. I use him as a prime example of
