I had the pleasure of serving on the Calvert City Fire Department from 1998 until about 2001. Ed was always a smiling face around the station and was respected by anyone that he came into contact with. My condolences to the family, may God bless you in this time of sorrow.

To the Ross and Rendlemen Family,
I hope that you find comfort in knowing that we are keeping your family close at heart.
Mr. Rendleman was one of a few left of a generation that has yet to be overshadowed. They are leaving us very fast.
A GREAT Fire Chief, he kept many in Calvert from losing everything that they owned.
Mr. Rendlemen was the one who sold my dad the ring with which, he purposed to my mom and made my family possible. A professional businessman, a gentleman, and hero.
