Giovanni's story captured my heart one day while I was attending a career fair at MCC. Michael convinced me to register for the DKMS bone marrow registry (I'm glad I did), and I hope that his efforts and the loving memory of Giovanni will continue to help those in need.

I just want to say how deeply sorry I am for your loss of your beautiful baby boy. I wish I had met him more then the one time recently. It just goes to show life is too short. Giovanni was by far, a world record for the strongest little boy ever. His parents are just incredible for everything they've done for supporting and just being the absolute best parents.
