We are so sorry to hear that you left this world. Giovanni, it was because of your courageous fight and faith along with what you have been through that made us decide to join in your cause and become donors for bone marrow.
We wish that we could have been a match for you!!! You will be missed dearly. Let God help you find peace little one. Your time on Earth here is done. You have touched so many hearts and

Giovanni's story captured my heart one day while I was attending a career fair at MCC. Michael convinced me to register for the DKMS bone marrow registry (I'm glad I did), and I hope that his efforts and the loving memory of Giovanni will continue to help those in need.

Giovanni’s Voice
If life is measured through trials and tears,
can life have been full in only five years?
God’s puzzled plan of which we know not,
but one special boy has brought us this thought.
If one measures life through triumph and feat,
then Giovanni is sitting to the right of God’s seat.
One little boy who struggled to live,
gave precious hope and showed how to give.
The impact one has is not garnered by years,
but seen by the thousands who’ll shed heartfelt

Guglielmo family-
What a gift to be blessed with such a beautiful son who touched the heart & soul of everyone who got a glimpse of those chubby cheeks. There are no words that can provide true comfort when someone loses a child... though it doesn't stop one from wanting to let you know how sorry they are for your loss. Gio and his story have led to an amazingly successful campaign to get people to become bone marrow donors. I

How blessed we were to have you in our lives! A little savior who touched and helped so many. You will always be in our hearts. I can see your memory so clearly with your impish grin and devlish eyes as you kicked over your Cousin Leila's house and made her cry. And, I said -" Giovanni! You are a bad boy to do that to Cousin Leila's house." And you responded "No I am Not!" Then said with such

"G", you will truly be missed by all your kindergarden friends. Nicholas used to come home all the time and tell me the funny things 'G' would say. You were a fighter and a hero to many. You will remain in our hearts forever. Rest in peace sweet angel xoxoxox

God saw you getting tired
and a cure was not to be
so he put his arms around you
and whispered,
"Come to Me"
With tearful eyes we watched you
and saw you pass away
and although we love you dearly
we could not make you stay.
A Golden heart stopped beating
hard working hands at rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us
He only takes the best

I just want to say how deeply sorry I am for your loss of your beautiful baby boy. I wish I had met him more then the one time recently. It just goes to show life is too short. Giovanni was by far, a world record for the strongest little boy ever. His parents are just incredible for everything they've done for supporting and just being the absolute best parents. Giovanni I'm sure you'll be looking down on your family giving them the strength to get through this. My prayers are with the family xoxoxo

Giovanni, you were such a good friend to my son, Sean, he enjoyed every moment he had around you and would share almost daily the funny things his buddy "G" would say. You will be missed greatly by all your friends at BES but will NEVER, EVER be forgotten.
Rest In Peace little man and know you have changed many lives and brought smiles to many faces.
Love always,
Kelli, Derek & your friend forever Sean Sargent
