Jocelyn, Bruce and Christopher
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I remember your Mom well from our high school years. As Pattie Norton said, your Mom was an icon in West Manchester. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

I grew up in east Manchester just up the street from Irene's parents. I knew Irene through my godmother Hedwige Murphy who was a longtime friend. Irene was a great lady. May she rest in peace

Dear Jocelyn and family,
Please accept my condolences for the passing of your Mom. She was a true joy to know and extremely helpful to me at the State House. We shared some really fun times together. May your happy "Irene" memories help you through this difficult time.

To all the Messier family you are in my thoughts and prayers. I always enjoyed a conversation with her when we were together at Lois and Vic's home. Bless you all. She was quite a lady.

Hello Jocelyn, Bruce and Christopher,

Please accept my sympathy, and sincere condolences. A good heart has stopped beating. Your mom was a terrific lady -- a warm, bright, loving, and funny woman whom I cherished. Please know that the pain of your loss is shared by many, by me, my brothers, and by numerous others with whom she spent time. Our world will not be the same without her; thank God that we all have some very wonderful memories of her. See you on Saturday.
